Lighting
At the Oasis Group we believe that your landscape should not be enjoyed only during daylight hours. A good landscape lighting system can bring the outdoors to life once the sun goes down and extend your living and entertaining areas during our summer months. Landscape lighting also heightens the visual impact of your landscape during our long winters. It is also a proven deterrent for vandalism and property theft.
We use only top quality fixtures that have been proven in our tough climate. We have hand picked fixtures from a cross section of the premier manufacturers to provide the best lighting system possible for your property.
Designer John Scanlon has been a leader in his industry for over 25 years. A Graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1982, followed by IES Illuminating Engineering Society. John has attended Jan Moyer's Reuter's University Advanced program as well programs offered by Nightscaping and Hadco. John has gone onto guest lecture on the subject of Landscape Lighting at Ryerson, Fanshaw and Humber colleges for the landscape programs. John has developed and presented full day lighting classes for Landscape Ontario's winter Education program. As a member of the Board of Directors for Landscape Ontario, John was instrumental in forming the Lighting Commodity Group and contributing to its many successes.
